1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Flashback Subs & More, located at

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Flashback Subs & More, household members, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the online registration form provided by Flashback Subs & More.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Automated or duplicate entries are not permitted.

4. Entry Period

The entry period begins when the online form is published and closes at 11:59 PM EST on December 24, 2024.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Flashback Subs & More Gift Card.
Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted on December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day) from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming

The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided at sign-up.
The winner will have 30 days from the date of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the 30-day period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the sponsor’s discretion.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Flashback Subs & More may use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city for promotional purposes, including announcement posts, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Flashback Subs & More reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor’s control affects the integrity of the promotion.
